Delivery/ Cancellation Policy & Charges

Any bookings made for the clearing & collection of materials or the delivery of materials may be cancelled by you up to 48 hours before the arranged booking is due to commence. Cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours of the commencement of a booked collection or delivery will incur a £25 administration charge per booking.

Additionally, where you are deemed as a “consumer” in receipt of contracted materials delivered by Job Logistics Ltd, you will have the right to cancel a booking within seven working days after conclusion of the completed contract, where a working day refers to any day that is not a weekend or public or bank holiday.

Your right of cancellation of a contract is subject to you providing us with written notice of cancellation. If the supply of our service begins within the seven day cancellation period then your right to cancel the contract is withdrawn & you are assumed to be in full agreement for us to carry out the contracted work.

If a cancellation is requested and we are required to remove any materials from your premises then it is your responsibility to allow safe access for our employees & ensure that all material is fully accessible to be removed. You will be responsible for any third party costs that may be required for the extraction of materials.

We allocate a set amount of time for the clearing of materials at a premises as displayed in our pricing tables. As a guide, the allocated time is up to 1½ hours based on a one full 12 cubic yard truck load. If it takes longer than the allocated time to carry out the contracted loading of our trucks, then we reserve the right to make an additional charge for the extra time required.
